Since 1982, Power Co. Ltd. (Japan) has been the acknowledged leader in Japan on design, develop and manufacture of Spark Generator (EFO) for wire bonder. For the past 16 years, we have experienced all kinds of concepts and techniques used to produce an EFO. More than 50 percent of the Power products are sold to original equipment manufacturers and distributors, with the remainder being sold to end-users.
